Permit coordination can be included in the scope. Requirements vary by municipality, so responsibilities are confirmed in writing before the project begins.
03Can we live in the home during renovation?
Sometimes. The answer depends on the work areas, utilities, dust control, and safety. We plan phasing honestly so you can make the right decision.
